oh how i miss my other half, J! Even though we are miles apart, we are still matching which i love love LOVE :) 

It's been heating up in LA, so I'm finding myself grabbing skirts/shorts and sandals lately- as you can tell in this outfit. Although, I did hear on the radio it was going to rain this Sunday, so not sure what's going on! As J mentioned in her entry, this shirt is perfect for this weather... it is lightweight and so easy to match with almost anything. Can't believe it's going to be April soon, where has all the time gone?? Good news is, the faster time goes by, the sooner J is homee- yay!

Mirror, Mirror: LC & Lo

Lauren Conrad has been our favorite since the Laguna Beach days for Celia and for me during her own show, The Hills. We've been keeping up/following her style for years now- she's our fashion icon! This week we have decided to Mirror LC and her best friend, Lo. Lo has been by Lauren's side throughout the years of drama and after all that has happened they've still remained BFF's (their friendship really reminds me of what I have with MY bff- C!).

We took our photos in LA, down the street from Sprinkles (our favorite cupcake spot!). We heard Sprinkles opened up an ice cream store next door so of course he HAD to go! It was well worth the trip- Red Velvet ice cream on a Red Velvet cone= HEAVEN!

1) LOVE how they incorporated the Sprinkles logo into the Sprinkles ice cream sign 2) I got jipped with my single scoop..look how much bigger Celia's is compared to mine!

What We Wore: Matching Jean Vests!

We got our matching Zara jean vests a couple years ago in New York for a Halloween costume. We were hippies and thought these vests were perfect. My favorite part of about it is the studded detail near the pocket! The headbands were unplanned, I guess great minds think alike .. haha this happens to a us a lot. Saturday we got to catch up from our loong week and take a trip to our favorite, Porto's, and Jamie was able to pick up some goodies for her mother for Mother's Day. My favorite part about being Jamie's best friend is I get to tag along on these trips and get some goodies for myself also ;) YUM!

What We Wore: Colored Skinnies

Happy Friday everyone! We had some fun the other day with our colored skinny jeans- we love to wear them because they brighten up any outfit. Jamie decided to dress her skinnies up by wearing a blazer while I went for a more casual look with my plaid shirt. Since Jamie has been out of town, it's been a little lonely over here at Buylove. Looking at these pictures make me miss her already, especially the one up there where it looks like we're doing the robot (YES WE REALLY WERE) hahaha, too much fun!

What We Wore: Matching Name Rings!

Being huge "The hills" fans back in college, Jamie & I always loved Lauren Conrad. We especially loved her name ring which became a signature item she wore in a lot of the episodes. I even read in a magazine that she thought of making the ring because at the time the name necklace was so popular and she wanted to do something a little different for all of her girl friends. Once we saw it, we were on the hunt to find out where to get the ring made and decided to get each other the rings as Christmas gifts back in '08. To this day, we both still wear our rings almost on a daily basis- i guess you can say we made it our friendship ring! :)

What We Wore: Matching tote bags!

Of course, we had to do a post with our matching tote bags! Jamie and I use our bags almost everyday and we still love them. Currently, we are using our Buywishes line and the timing is perfect because this month is Jamie's birthday month! Our bags represent.. so much.. our dream, our friendship, and what we have accomplished so far. Hopefully 26 is a big year for the both of us.

What We Wore: Reppin' LA!

Ever since the whole LIN-craze started, Jamie and I have agreed to disagree. Jamie hasn't jumped on the bandwagon (YET, haha) but i am LINsane for MY Jeremy ;)

 deep down though we can both agree on one thing... our #1 love is still for our LAKERS!!!!!

 

What We Wore: Heart Tights!

We decided to wear our matching heart tights this past Friday! These tights bring back such great memories for us because we actually bought these tights as gifts for our original Buylove models during our first EVER photoshoot. Wearing it reminds me of how far we've come since that first photoshoot, which is motivating because sometimes I forget how much we've already done.

What We Wore: Fringe Boots

We purchased these fringe boots awhile ago. Jamie got them first and as soon as I saw her wear them, I fell in love!! These photos remind us of the hippie era and we totally wish we could've been bffs back in those days, roaming around being carefree together. All we're missing are our daisy hairbands and some peace signs!
